To get the most out of your laser hair removal treatment, it is important to shave so the energy is focus on the hair follicle.

Laser hair removal is a semi-permanent hair removal solution.  The reason why we can't say "permanent" when referring to laser hair removal is because some hairs might reappear during hormonal periods of our lives like menopause, child birth, or if we are put on different medications.  The hair that might grow back, will be sparse and will most likely not be fast growing.

The answer to this question really depends on the area.  Since it takes more than one laser hair removal treatments to reach a successful endpoint, we offer packages with special pricing so that you can save $$ by planning ahead!

Different areas of the body have different hair growth cycles.  In order to have successful treatments, we need to treat the hair follicle when it is in the anagen phase so the treatments need to be spaced out according to the areas needs.

The Motus AZ+ is safe on dark or tan skin.  We do recommend staying out of the sun 30 days prior to treatments so that we can use more energy to treat the area, but we can make adjustments to make the treatments safe.

The initial cost of laser hair removal is not cheap but it save you time and money in the long run.  Shaving is a monthly expense that, for many, includes new razors every 7-10 days (as recommended to prevent razor burn), shave cream, creams to prevent ingrown hairs, exfoliators to also prevent ingrown hairs, and other expenses that add up in the long run.  Waxing is the most expensive hair removal treatment since it requires monthly or bi-monthly treatments that are painful, expensive, and can leave you with irritations for 1-2 days after treatments.

Laser hair removal has not been tested on pregnant women therefore, pregnant women are not candidates for treatments.  Sorry pregnant ladies :(. We would love to help you after you have given birth and have finished breast feeding!
